Terms and Conditions
This statement specifies our policy regarding doing business with our customers.

General
We reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions upon which you do business with us.
Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see the 'last updated' date at the bottom
of this page).
It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you
do business with us. You will be deemed to have accepted the latest terms and conditions
unless, prior to placing an order, you ask, and we agree in writing, to vary them.
In addition to the terms and conditions on this page, our Privacy Policy,
the statements on our Copyright & Trademarks page and, in the case of
product purchases, our Product License and
Product Support Agreement shall also apply and you will be
deemed to have accepted these unless, prior to placing an order, you ask, and we agree in writing, to vary them.
Purchase of Services
Generally the Purchase of Services will be covered by a specific agreement. In particular the pricing, method
of payment and schedule of deliveries will be covered by such an agreement. However the terms and conditions here
will apply where they do not conflict with the specific agreement.
Purchase of Product
Our products are subject to software license management, and cannot be fully used without us issuing an appropriate
license key.
You can freely obtain from our web site a full copy of the product which comes with a time limited license or
a "demo" license (where the product cannot be used for productive work).
For products with a 'Demo' license you may apply to us (by using our
enquiry form or
otherwise) for a time limited license,
normally 4 weeks, so that you may fully evaluate
the software to ascertain its suitability for your intended use. You will have reasonable access
to our support staff during this period to assist you with such evaluation.
When you are satisfied that the product is suitable for you, we will provide you with a quotation for the number of
'full' licenses you require.
Once you have placed an order for the product, we may, at our sole discretion, extend in one or more steps
the time limited license key that was issued for evaluation purposes until full payment is received by us.
A full non-expiring license key will then be issued.
You may pay for the product using a Credit/Debit card or a standard Purchase Order and Invoice mechanism.
Payment by Credit/Debit card
In order to pay for the product using a Credit or Debit card you will need to
contact us by Telephone. Alternatively you can request that we
call you. Please do not send this information to us by email.
We securely hold the Credit/Debit card information only long enough to complete the transaction with our card
processing agent and we then destroy that information by shredding it - see
our Privacy Policy for more details.
Payment by Purchase Order and Invoice
You should send your Purchase Order to us as instructed on the quotation, preferably by email.
We will send you an invoice by email (preferably), and/or by surface/air mail as requested by your
Purchase Order.
Payment should be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice and we prefer payment direct to our bank, the details of which will be specified on the Invoice.
Delivery
Delivery of the product is electronically by download from our web site.
You may request delivery of the product on CDROM. The cost of this to you and the delivery timescale will depend on
where you want it delivered and how soon you require it. We will be happy to quote you for your particular requirements.
Purchase or Renewal of a Software Support Agreement (Maintenance)
Each product purchase includes one year of software support and upgrades.
You will be sent, by email, a quotation for renewal of the Software Support Agreement approximately three months
prior to the renewal date of the agreement. This quotation is valid until the renewal date of the Software Support
Agreement. You may pay for this using a Credit/Debit card or a standard Purchase Order and Invoice mechanism.
Procedures for payment are as for Product Purchase (above).
Once we have received payment you will receive, by email, confirmation that you have renewed the Software Support Agreement.
There will be no other delivery.
Prices
Guideline prices are provided on the individual product pages.
Because we trade world-wide in a number of currencies and tax regimes it is not possible
to quote a single standard price for our products in every country.
You will always be provided with a quotation for the number of licenses that you require in your location before you
commit to the purchase.
Quoted prices always exclude any local taxes (for example sales tax or VAT (Value Added Tax)).
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
You will have been given sufficient time to evaluate the product prior to purchase and thus you will not be able to
cancel the order once placed, nor return the product and neither do we offer any refunds for unused product or unused
periods of software support agreements (maintenance).
