Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of anyone using our web site
and the confidentiality of any information that you provide to us.
This statement summarizes our policy regarding information that we collect on this site about
you and your visit. If you have any questions or comments on this, please feel
free to contact us.
Use and Collection of Personal Information
We record information such as the IP address and domain name from which you contact us
and the pages you visit on the site. This information is used in aggregate
primarily to improve our marketing efforts and develop the site appropriately.
We do NOT automatically get any personal information from you such as
your phone number, email or postal address. Such personal information
is only available to us if you supply it voluntarily, usually by way of one
of our product registration forms. We also collect such information when you make any sort of enquiry about, or place an order for, a product or service.
If you supply us with this data you may receive information from us
about any of our products and services.
We will not sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your information to other people
or organisations.
All communication from us will be clearly identified as such.
Financial Data
We do not ask for any financial data (e.g. Credit/Debit Card numbers) on any part of the web site.
If you wish to pay for product using a Credit or Debit card we request that you contact us
by Telephone. Please do not send this information to us by email or by using one of our online forms. We securely hold the Credit/Debit card
information only long enough to complete the transaction with our card
processing agent and we then destroy that information by shredding it. We never hold it electronically.
We do occasionally prepare a special password protected page containing an invoice for customers who wish to pay online. This page has a link to our payment provider, PayPal, and they handle personal data directly, a process governed by PayPal's Privacy Policy. The invoice page is removed from our web site when we receive notification that payment has been made.
Security
All data that we hold about you is kept securely within our systems.
We use third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software,
networking, storage and related technology required to run our systems.
We endeavour to take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. However we cannot guarantee
the security of any data that you disclose on-line and we will not be responsible for any breach of
security unless this is due to our negligence or wilful default.
Cookies
Our web site does not make use of Cookies - it neither reads nor writes them.
Modification and Removal of Information
At any time you can modify the information we hold or have your name removed from, or added to,
the list of names and addresses we use for mailings by
contacting us using our
enquiry form or
otherwise.
Disclosure
We do not disclose personal information except under very special circumstances, such as when legally required to do so.
General Data Protection Regulations
All collected information is held electronically in the United Kingdom.
We comply with the General Data Protection Regulations in all our dealings with your personal data.
You have the right to see personal data that we keep about you. Any such request should be sent to us by using our
